16 Mycotoxins at One GoThe CrossTOX® columns allow a highly efficient sample clean-up of regulated and expected mycotoxins. At the same time they improve the conventional dilute-and-shoot application by a QuEChERS based process. |
All in one
The following 16 mycotoxins have already been successfully tested with the CrossTOX® columns:

Field of application and functionality
A specially adapted sorbent guarantees high depletion even with difficult matrices. With CrossTOX® grain-based matrices as well as nuts or dried fruits can be processed with excellent results (overview of tested matrices). The loading capacity is 3 mL (corresponds to 0.6 g matrix).
Clean-up via CrossTOX® is performed either manually or automatically with a robotic system FREESTYLE SPE or, if desired, fully automated in combination with an HPLC Direct-Injection Module.
After extraction, centrifugation (optional) and application of the extract to the column, the cleaned sample can be measured with an LC-MS/MS system. Depending on the matrix, the majority of the analytes are measured without internal standards and with excellent recoveries. The reduction of internal standards and the purity of the sample saves a lot of costs per sample as well as maintenance costs (LC-MS/MS). |
Quality is important to us!
All materials are intensively tested throughout the entire production process with regard to their suitability and quality. LCTech meets the high level of European and international legal regulations in mycotoxin analysis. A comprehensive quality certificate is enclosed with each package.
Chromatograms
Below are exemplary chromatograms that illustrate the matrix reduction and thus represent the purity of the sample through the CrossTOX® columns:

Your advantages at a glance
- High purity of the extracts due to LCTech own sorbent for high matrix reduction; no separate filtration
- Significantly less internal standard required due to special affinity mechanism of the columns
- Less cleaning and maintenance of your LC-MS/MS system due to high purity of the extracts
- Only one column for all matrices
- Suitable for manual (syringe) and automated processing (FREESTYLE)
Your advantages compared to the conventional Dilute-and-Shoot procedure
