The Elufix columns from LCTech are filled with 1 g or 2 g, 4 g or 10 g of activated Florisil® and 1 g or 2 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate. Inert materials such as glass or PTFE exclude interactions with the analytes as well as contamination. LCTech checks each Florisil® batch for quality and documents the result with a batch certificate according to the ISO method. The columns are therefore also suitable for certified laboratories.
The disposable columns are ready to use: just take them out of the pack and use them. Manual cleaning and filling of your own reusable columns and the cumbersome storage of the individual components are no longer necessary. The columns are supplied welded in strips of 3 or 5 and can therefore be stored almost without restriction.

Automated processing with FREESTYLE
In combination with inert accessories such as B. column adapter and filling tool, the columns can be processed in parallel with the universal EluVac vacuum manifold or automatically with the robot system FREESTYLE SPE . Subsequent evaporation or blowing off with nitrogen is possible directly in the system with the EVAporation module.
