The EluVac vacuum manifold allows the simultaneous processing of up to 20 samples under vacuum. It is the ideal solution for the enrichment and isolation of analytes in solid phase extraction (SPE) .

Can be flexibly adjusted

The EluVac can be easily and quickly adapted to a wide variety of solid phase extractions. Different glasses can be integrated into the system to collect the eluate.

Universally applicable

The EluVac can be used universally for the processing of food, feed and environmental samples as well as in pharmacy, medicine, biotechnology or materials research.

The EluVac vacuum manifold for large sample volumes

This set is suitable for processing large sample volumes , such as in water laboratories or for cleaning milk, e.g. B. for the detection of aflatoxin M1 .
Several samples can be presented in parallel, the single sample can be several liters in size.
The liquids to be discarded are passed through the central drain pipe and the manifold and collected in a 10 L Woulff bottle. The eluate is collected in 4 mL glasses.

The determination of the hydrocarbon index according to EN ISO 9377-2 (also called H53 method ) is one of the important and frequent tasks in environmental analysis.

The waste container is either a 600 mL beaker (1) directly in the system or a central tube (2) directs the waste into an external container, e.g. B. a 10 L Woulff bottle. The EluVac is therefore also suitable for large sample volumes , such as water or milk samples .
